| A power operated mechanism which is attached to a swing or slide door for the purpose of mechanically opening and closing a door upon receipt of an actuating signal. The opening time of a swing door shall not be less than 1.5 seconds and shall not close through the final 10 degrees in less than 1.5 seconds. |
